3.1 User Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are fully responsible for all activities conducted under your account.

3.2 Information Accuracy: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration. Any false information may result in account suspension.

3.3 Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.4 Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to exploit promotional offers or evade payment is strictly prohibited.

4.1 Pricing: Prices listed on the platform are in US dollars and may change with 30 days advance notice to existing customers.

4.2 Billing: Payments are collected in advance on a monthly or annual basis according to the selected plan.

4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but paid amounts for the current period are non-refundable.

6.3 Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all advertising content you publish through our platform.

6.4 Compliance Monitoring: We may monitor platform usage to ensure compliance with these terms and platform policies.

All intellectual property rights in the platform, software, logos, and designs are owned by AI-X Marketing Platform. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without prior written permission.

You retain intellectual property rights to the content you upload to the platform, but you grant us a non-exclusive license to process this content to provide services to you.

The AI-X Marketing Platform name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of our company. You may not use these marks without our prior written permission.

Your data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our platform, you consent to our processing of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are committed to protecting your data in accordance with international standards including GDPR, CCPA, and other applicable data protection regulations.

For platform integrations, we also comply with each platform's data processing requirements and privacy policies.

You may terminate your account at any time through the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You use the platform for illegal purposes
• Payment is overdue by more than 30 days
• You cause harm to the platform or other users
• You violate platform policies

After termination, all services will cease immediately. Your data may be deleted after 90 days of termination, except where retention is required by law.

The service is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties. We do not guarantee that the service will be available without interruption or free from errors.

We are not liable for:

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved through friendly negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled by arbitration in Wilmington, Delaware, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
